Payment methods
For purchasing tickets via ShowMust, the following payment methods are available:
- Cash payment upon collection or at the box office (if offered for the selected event).
- Online payment via our payment provider Stripe (e.g. credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods supported by Stripe).
- Invoice (Rechnung): After completing your order, you will receive an invoice by e‑mail with our bank details. Payment must be made within the period stated on the invoice.
We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods for individual events. The payment options available for your order are displayed during the checkout process.
Ticket shipping and delivery
Tickets are delivered depending on the event and the selected delivery method:
- E‑ticket by e‑mail: Tickets are sent as a PDF or electronic ticket to the e‑mail address you provided after we have received payment.
- Postal or DHL delivery: If selected, tickets can be sent by regular post or DHL to your provided mailing address. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Please check your tickets carefully immediately after receipt. If you experience any issues with delivery or find incorrect tickets, contact us as soon as possible at office@showmust.de.
